Ginny Bakes was created by a woman (Ginny Simon) who passionately loves to serve her family home cooked meals that are nutritious, whole, organic and delicious. Desserts are no exception to Ginny. After weeks of playing with different types of flours and other organic ingredients, Ginny made her first cookie – Chocolate Chip Love. These cookies immediately got her 4 boys and husband’s approval. Soon after – Ginny Bakes was born. Available in ready-to-eat treats OR in bake mix varieties.
Love these minis. The Chocolate Chip Love’s are my favs. My 3.5 year old likes the oatmeal bliss and so does my husband. Since there’s no preservatives in these cookies, we had no problem gobbling them up right away! Well, we could have put them in the freezer, but they were just too good!
Since my role of Mommie…Again came about 3 years ago, I was determined to serve Brody healthy foods, snacks included. We all like to snack, right? Well, I’m no different – I love chocolate anything, especially cookies. But white flour and refined sugars is just too hard on the body, and is really the thing of the past, especially if you’re trying to eat healthy. So I say goodbye to those harsh ingredients and preservatives, and say hello to Ginny Bakes! You can read more about Ginny and her story on Ginny Bakes.
Ginny Bakes can also be found on Facebook page where they show off what they’re up to now and in the future. Also, if you’re near a Publix, her cookies and other Ginny Bakes products are sold there. But, like me, if you don’t, you can order online anytime.
