Made in the USA!
Circle of Friends® was founded (in 1995) and nurtured by the world’s great experts on children: moms.
Since its inception, the mission of Circle of Friends® was to create a
professional hair, bath, and body line for children, while introducing
them to a world of styles and cultures.
Unique and Educational Packaging
Circle of Friends® bottles each depict a
character-or friend-from a different part of the world. Colorfully
illustrated, this friend lends his or her name to each product and
offers a short story on the back. The story talks about the life of the
character in his or her country, punctuated with fascinating facts about
where he or she lives and what he or she does for fun. To read their entire story, please visit Circle of Friends’ Website – it’s a great story!
Organics – Eczema & Sensitive Skin Formula
Circle of Friends has a great line of organically- formulated products for eczema & sensitive skins called Organics. This line includes shampoo & body wash, gentle detangler, calming cream, and cooling spray lotion for relieving the symptoms
of eczema and other skin discomforts for children.
Circle of Friends Organics are free of all chemicals, such as synthetic
fragrances and dyes that are known to irritate sensitive skin, as well
as common allergens. The Organics line is specifically designed to
soothe the skin, using natures own anti-inflammatory ingredients aloe
vera, calendula, and chamomile.
Brody has enjoyed all of his products that were sent to me for review. My eye caught their products when I read they had a formula for eczema. Brody not only has a slight consistent outbreak of dry skin (if that’s possible), he also gets yeast infections in his private area, on his bottom and in between his legs – so I’m constantly watching for that and having to put prescription medicine on him. I do hope in the long run, this formula helps minimize his outbreaks or at least give him some calmness so he doesn’t scratch all the time. Our little one after bathing with Organics Tearless Shampoo & Body Wash. It has a very nice smell to it and very soft formula.
Eczema can be caused by many factors, such as the bath products we may be using, cleaners with chemicals, food, weather and even stress. Because of this we need to make sure we use non-irritating bath products on our little ones. Direct contact to the skin is the worse. Truly, I’d used this product or one like it on all my family, not just the ones with dry or sensitive skin.
Symptoms of eczema can include:
- dry, itchy or scaly skin
- cracks behind the ears
- rashes on the cheeks, arms and legs
Brody ALSO loves to mess with his hair. I suppose he watches me blow dry my hair and wants to do what I do. Not daddy….daddy has no hair!! Brody may let me blow dry his hair, but it’s a struggle to try to style it. I want it back and he pats it down towards the front. So, I’m giving him full reign with his new hair products and pray he going to look all goofy for school! Brody’s using Luc’s Lemon Lime Shine Hair Slicker – a little dab goes a long way here. Nice smell here. I like the story about Luc that’s on the container. He lives in the region of Bordeaux and every year they go to Menton for their lemon festival.
Here Brody is using Erik’s Grapefruit Shaping Hair Gel . This smell reminds me of his dad…so I guess you could say it’s a “manly” hair gel. Erik is from a country where the sun doesn’t completely set in parts of the summer. Some call it “the land of the Midnight Sun.” Erik is from Norway – did you know that?
It’s been a pleasure working with Circle of Friends and using their products. I like them and all products have been approved by the user…BRODY!! I would most definitely recommend these products to you and your child. Circle of Friends is sold in salon and various stores or online. Check out the locations on their site.
