You’ve got the cute gift…now you need a cute way to wrap it up! Here’s a few ways to wrap a gift to make it even more memorable!
a sack or bag – make sure it’s a “cute” one or one that can be turned into a cute one – here’s a tip: sometimes boutiques use reusable bags
for their merchandise that don’t include their name on it – don’t throw
them away – decorate and use as the gift bag! Add any
embellishments you can find: ribbons, gift tag, buttons, mini clothespin, tulle, etc. Okay, I cheated a little – I have lots of rubber stamps and punches from Stampin’ Up! that I use on my paper crafts. Hey, a crafter has got to have it all!!
below, I grabbed a pack of 3 boxes at the dollar store for $1. To decorate them, take decorative
card stock and glue to top of box. Use some embellishments such as satin ribbon, paper doilies, stickers, faux flowers, or whatever else you can find to make it pretty and stand out. Add a decorative gift tag and you’ve got yourself a
pretty gift box. The little birdie is a punch that I have from Stampin’ Up!
Okay, now it’s your turn. If you have another way to “wrap up a gift” for me, I’ll take it…and may even make it!!
