Hello and welcome to my 3rd post of Feelin’ SoFab. I’ll be going to a blog conference in May with a bunch of others that are doing the same posting as I and we are all supporting one another in our efforts to stay well-balanced and healthy. We will all meet each other soon and I can’t wait to give each lady a big Texas hug!!
My wellness journey is well on its way! I feel really great and am happy with my progress. As I’m going through this menopause phase in my life, it’s very important to me to stay well-balanced so I can get through all these different emotions I’m going through and to live a long healthy life. Who’s with me on that?
Okay, so let’s recap – 2 months ago I had terrible back problems. I went to a PT and she worked on my back and showed me exercises to do at home. I do them every other day and it does seem to work – Yay! Last month – I talked briefly about my weight and need to feel better and start excising more. Not sure I accomplished anything there. Oh yea, my thyroid problem. Well, doc put me on a higher dosage – so we will see in the next couple of months what’s going on there.
So, now I’m striving to be even better than before. Really – seriously – I’m 53 and I want to live a long healthy life – I mean, who doesn’t? It just seems when you get to this age, it’s a lot harder to do. So, all you youngsters out there – listen up. Start now! Start living a healthy life now so it won’t be so hard for you to do when you reach midlife and those menopause years. I’m here to tell you, it’s a lot harder to stay well fit!
