Farina’s Winery & Cafe…where friends meet.
When it comes to things to see and do in Grapevine, the list is Texas-sized….and that is huge!!
My friend, Susan and I meet at Farina’s for lunch to catch up on things which is located in the heart of Grapevine, TX on Main Street. A very nice cozy place to have lunch. We really enjoyed our glass of wine and the meal we chose. We both chose the same exact meal….hey hanging with good friends that likes what you like is a good thing!
Susan and me – right before I got a new do – I’m blonde again now. Susan owns Sunshine Glaze Art Studio in Southlake where my son takes art lessons on Friday mornings. That’s how she and I met. We’ve come to realize we both like the same things!! That’s pretty rare to find.
A yummy light lunch for us. Grilled fish and asparagus with a bowl of fruit. Perfect with our glass of wine. We also ordered a brie cracker appetizer which was a great start to lunch. I did forget the exact name for it though…oops. Shopping afterward.

Grapevine is where I lived before I met Tracy. It’s a lovely town. Susan has also lived there. I think most people I know have lived there at least once!!! Love the town. If you get a chance, go there. Main Street Days is coming up in May. Grapefest is in September.
