Inspired by another blogger, I thought I’d make my own whip cream heart and surprise my little one. First – I want to say that I love getting inspired by other bloggers. They (we) really know what we are doing when it comes to conveying messages to our readers. What ever it may be, a craft, a review, stories about family, a kitchen redo, etc. I think we can show it like it is with truth and validity. I truly love reading other people’s blogs.
What you need to make this adorable whip cream frozen heart.
Whip Cream of course!! Reddi Wip or any kind
Heart cookie cutter – any size
Later you’ll need:
A hot drink of any kind
A smiling face to give it to!
Now I wanted to surprise Brody so I made this a head of time, but by all means this is the perfect DIY craft to make with your little ones. They will dig it.
Instructions are simple – Place cookie cutter on wax paper and spray or spoon in whipping cream inside of heart all the way to the brim. Smooth it out if you’d like. Place in freezer until froze. I left mine in over night.
If you find it’s not coming out very easily, get a butter knife and go gently all the way around the heart with the knife to loosen it up. Pop it out.
Get the kid or whoever you want to surprise and serve it to them in a hot drink.
And of course I couldn’t go without doing this! Seeing that Grandma Croisant showed him this at Christmastime, he naturally wants to do it every chance he gets.
