Texas Pinners Conference – Arlington Convention Center – Happening TODAY through Sat. Sept 29-30. I went to this last year and it was great. Parking is $5. Some classes are free, some cost a nominal fee. Supplies are extra but not necessary to buy. Shopping from vendors available.
Vintage Market Days in Decatur – TODAY Sept 29- Oct 1 at the NRS Training Center & Guest Ranch, 309 CR 4228. Cost to get in.
Vintage Variety Market at North Texas Denton Fair Grounds off N. Carroll Street – FALL INTO FALL – THIS WEEKEND! Sept. 30 – Oct. 1st. Cost to get in. http://northtexastradedays.com
Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch – this is the one we go to every year. Oct 1-31 from 9 to 7pm each day. Fun for the whole family. Lots of elementary schools take their kindergartens here so don’t think a Tuesday during the day is going to be slow – it’s not! Pumpkins are high, but the atmosphere is the best.

Hall’s Pumpkin Farm – one of my favorite pumpkin patches to visit. Usually opens the first weekend in October . Corn maze, hay rides and more. Some things cost, but general admission is free.
Keller Farmer’s Market October 7-28, 2017 at Keller Town Hall
Henrietta Creek Orchard – Pick your own apples in September-October. Field trips available.

Celebrate Roanoke Downtown Festival – Brody and I love going to this. There’s all kinds of things to do for the whole family, including bounce houses and yummy food and vendors. October from 10a – 9p on Oak Street
Oktoberfest at Town Square Friday, October 6-8. Arts and crafts booths, children’s area, live entertainment, etc.
TEXAS STATE FAIR
Will you be going this year? Starts September 29th through October 22 at the Fair Park in Dallas. Many schools are giving each student a free ticket. These tickets are only good for students – parents will have to buy their own.
