Menopause Relief…the Natural Way
If you’ve ever had hot flashes, you know what I’m talking about and you also know it’s not fun. Hot flashes, night sweats and sleeplessness nights are downright miserable. If you’re a health-conscious woman like me, you may be seeking alternative ways to deal with these menopause symptoms.
Many women take HRT (hormone relief therapy), but I’ve never tried it simply because I’m scared to. I know it’s not natural and that scares me. It’s also expensive and my insurance has a huge deductible which I never seem to use up…ever.
I’ve gone only the natural route and have tried many different brand of supplements. Some work better than others.
Black Cohosh, for example, is an alternative supplement to try. I’ve tried it and it really didn’t help at the time I was taking it. I say that, because perhaps it would help me now. Who knows…menopause can surely get your mind off track.
I understand through listening to my doctor and reading online that Black Cohosh does not work for every woman. It can be hit or miss, but in my opinion, it’s worth a try. Of course, there are much more natural ways out there to deal with menopause symptoms.
Can’t go without saying that exercise will help minimize menopause symptoms too. I’m talking about joint pain, which goes hand in hand with all other menopause symptoms. So get out there, find something all natural to take for hot flashing like Black Cohosh and go ride a bike!!!
