Get Ready…Get Set…Take the Advocare Challenge with me! Here is my Advocare 24-Challenge in a nutshell.
My Advocare 24-Day Challenge
There’s many different reasons why we set out to do a healthy challenge, isn’t there? I think so. Maybe it’s to jump start your weight loss, or to get fit and energized, or to simply get on track for a healthier YOU, all these “whys” are important and deserve validation. I’ve decided to do the Advocare 24-Day Challenge starting tomorrow (5/20/13) to get “back” to where I was about 3 years ago when I decided to live a healthier life. Just in time for our Seattle trip on 6/19!!
A friend of mine and her husband started their new business with Advocare and knew I did reviews on my blog. Jessica asked me if I would consider doing this awesome challenge and blog about my experience and my results. Of course I would, I said. I could even stand to lose a few pounds. She and I knew my motivator wouldn’t necessarily be to lose weight, but rather to boost my already intact healthy lifestyle that I’m trying so hard to maintain.
My ultimate goal in doing this challenge is to get myself back to feeling great, and perhaps I’ll lose a few inches around my waist! I’m in that Peri-menopausal state and have gain a few pounds around my middle. Well those few pounds have caused me to not be able to wear most of my clothes in my closet. So I am looking forward to getting back to where I was about a year ago so I can fit into ALL THOSE CUTE CLOTHES I BOUGHT! So here we go. No matter where you are in your “healthiness”, I hope you’ll follow along with me as I go through this 24-day challenge and maybe you too will want to try out the Advocare Challenge!
I’ll be posting throughout the 24 days on my blog here, but my two main posts will be on day 11 and on day 25 (the results). I am so excited to be doing this as I’ve not ever done a challenge like this before, so this is new to me and new to you. I would love to hear from you if you’ve ever done the Advocare 24-Day Challenge and what your results were. Please leave your comments of encouragement too…I’ll need them! My Advocare 24-Day Challenge is hard…and I need support!!
My first 10 days will consist of the Spark drink, the Herbal Cleanse, and OmegaPlex. Along with eating healthy and exercising this should be a great experience.
My second phase (days 11-24) will be to take MNS, Meal Replacement Shakes (I chose the vegetarian shakes), and OmegaPlex.
