The Gluten-free community has been buzzing about for quite some time now. I for one, try to eat a gluten-free diet most of the time because…well it’s better for me health wise. I’m so glad gluten-free foods can be found everywhere, but I am especially glad that Walmart is now carrying a few of my favorites, including CLIF MOJO Gluten-Free Trail Mix Bars.
I put a nice chunk of all natural almond butter in between a CLIF MOJO Wild Blueberry Almond bar and coupled it with a grilled lettuce wedge, carrots & zucchini strips, and some fresh blueberries for a very healthy nutritional lunch.
Have you had the chance to try any of the gluten-free CLIF MOJO bars? If so, which is your favorite? The ones I found and like are Wild Blueberry Almond, Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond, Coconut Almond Peanut, Cranberry Almond, and Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt. I see a common denominator in each…ALMOND!! Who doesn’t love almonds!! Almonds are so nutritionally good for you, and I personally eat almonds every day, either in a bar or 10 single almonds
With 70% organic ingredients, a good amount of fiber and protein, low glycemic, and low sodium in each bar, makes these gluten-free bars a winner in my eye. But with all foods, I always suggest to my readers to read the ingredients to make sure it’s right for you. Not all CLIF Bars are gluten-free, so be to look for the ones that are.
For all you busy moms that are gluten-free or who just want to take gluten out of your diets, you’ll find a variety of these bars at your local Walmart. Serve them up with a meal or have as a snack anywhere…anytime for some gluten-free goodness!!
