For the Crust:
1. Line a 9″ x 13′ baking dish with foil or parchment paper, making sure enough hangs over to make it easy for lifting out squares from pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter; stir until dough forms.
3. Press and pat dough into prepared baking dish, then place in freezer for 10 mins.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
4. Take crust from freezer and place in oven; bake for 18-20 mins, until the edges begin to run light golden brown.
Remove from oven.
