This dish is actually good. I’ve made it twice now and have enjoyed it warm and cold. Very simple with a great taste…that’s my kind of recipe. Now, this dish may have already been thought of and it may be nothing new to some of you, however, I’m not what you would call a great cook and can’t remember the last time I looked up a recipe to prepare for a main dish…Anyway, here’s how it all came about. I was visiting my parent’s last month and on the last evening I was there we were thinking of what to make for dinner. I always pitch in and bring food when I come. I put together what she had and what I brought and this is what I came up with. A good and delicious tuna and pasta dish. Good for ya too!
You will need: onions, mushrooms, large family-size tuna pouch, 1/2 bag pasta (any), jar of sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil
Saute mushrooms and onions in oil.
