Juicing continues to be important to me. It’s certainly not something I
thought I’d ever do, but there’s a lot of benefits to it…so I shall keep on keeping it on! What about you, have you tried juicing yet?
Silly, but I’m intrigued how the spinach makes a green spot in the juice.
I’m finding that when fruits are mixed with vegetables
it gives it a sweet taste that can be tolerated, especially if you don’t quite like the veggies you are using. However, fruits have natural sugar in them, so it’s still important to watch your fruit intake. I added 2 cups of
strawberries (see recipe below) and one peach…that’s quite a bit of
sugar – yes natural sugar, but still sugar.
