The ride to Glen Rose was nice, lots of greenery and opened spaces. Brody’s anticipation was getting stronger by the minute. He just couldn’t wait to see the dinosaurs. We’d been talking to him about this visit for a little over a week, so no wonder he was excited. Dinosaur World is amazing and the life-size dinosaurs were very cool and I must say, mysterious to me. I just can’t believe such an animal lived long ago…it’s just amazing to see it all and read about each one of them as we walked down the path.
Brody reading the map of the park and telling us where to go!! Well, there’s only one way to go and that’s on the path. It took us under an hour to walk the whole thing. At the end was a cool playground and a Fossil Digging area.
Some of our favorite dinosaurs to read about. If you go, bring sun screen and a hat. The path is very cool, but lots of sun shining through the trees. Oh, and you must spend a $1 of fish food.
We asked Brody what was is favorite thing about the park and he said…”feeding the fish.” Gotta luv ’em! Fish food for sure!!!
