You’re never too old for bubbles, right? Did you know its super simple to make your own bubble bath from home? And the awesome part is that you probably have some, if not most of the items needed already in your house. Why spend that money at the store on a product full of chemicals that you can’t even pronounce when you can create a better alternative suited to what you truly want. All you need is avocado oil and vitamin E oil. Mix together and rub on your cuticles. Do this every night, and while you’re at, rub on your feet and toes, especially on your heels. It’s amazing how your hands and feet will feel and look in a week’s time.
Sugar Body Scrub
Your basic sugar body scrub is this: 2 cups organic turbinado sugar; 1/2 liquid coconut oil at room temperature; 1 tsp of your favorite essential oil. Mix all together in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon. That’s pretty much it. Be sure to store in an air-tight glass jar.
Natural Coffee Face Cleanser
If you love all things coffee, try putting it on your face! Not only will it give your skin a glow, you’ll also smell like a good ol’ cup of joe all day long! It literally is two ingredients; organic coffee and slightly warmed coconut oil. Mix the two together, then scrub gently on your face. Wash off with warm water, and you’re done!
