There’s nothing worse than experiencing menopause symptoms when you least expect it? In a crowd, at the grocery store or in a meeting with your boss – it’s no fun. What have you done about it so far? Have you tried menopause relief the natural way? Affiliate links are in this post.
If you’ve ever had hot flashes, you know what I’m talking about, and you also know it’s not fun. Hot flashes, night sweats and sleeplessness nights are downright miserable. If you’re a health-conscious woman like me, you may be seeking alternative ways to deal with these menopause symptoms.
Menopause Relief the Natural Way
Many women take HRT (hormone relief therapy), but I’ve never tried it only because I’m scared. I know it’s not natural and that scares me. It’s also expensive, and my insurance has a huge deductible which I never seem to use up…ever.
I’ve gone only the natural route and have tried many different brands of supplements. Some work better than others.
Black Cohosh for Menopause Relief
Black Cohosh, for example, is an alternative supplement to try. I’ve tried it, and it didn’t help at the time I was taking it. I say that because perhaps it would help me now. Who knows, menopause can surely keep your mind off track. I’m going to give it another try. I understand through listening to my doctor and reading online that Black Cohosh does not work for every woman. It can be a hit or miss, but in my opinion, it’s worth a try. Of course, there are much more natural ways out there to deal with menopause symptoms.
Can’t go without saying that exercise will help minimize menopause symptoms too. I’m talking about joint pain, which goes hand in hand with all other menopause symptoms. So get out there, find something all natural to take for hot flashing, and ride a bike!
I make sure I take my other supplements every day. Did you know that women lack Vitamin D and may not even know it? I almost can say that by taking Vitamin D3 and Omega 3 every day, my menopause symptoms have ceased quite a bit – except for the hot flashes. I still get those. I don’t know why, but I feel so much better since starting these supplements.
Menopause Disrupts Sleep
It can be hard to fall asleep, or you fall asleep only to wake up in the middle of the night not being able to go back to sleep. Insomnia is no fun when it disrupts your sleeping pattern. If it becomes intolerable, it’s time to find natural ways to help insomnia.
I’m in my mid 50’s and I’m still trying to rid menopause relief the natural way, but as I write this, my body is heating up. It’s only a matter of time that I may have to give in and do something that I’m against – because no woman wants to go around life being hot and sweating.

Menopause relief the natural way is unfortunately not for everyone. Talk to your doctor if you can’t control it yourself.
