My 24-Day Advocare Challenge – Recap Days 1-10
RECAP – FIRST 10 DAYS.
The first 10 days have proved to me that I can do it!! I can get fit and feel good. That’s just what I’ve done. I’m feeling good and I even lost 3 lbs. I have been able to control my appetite …. which I seriously lost during all this menopause nonsense phase I’m going through.
I’m thinking I owe the OMEGAPLEX my gratitude for making me feel so good.
No matter what your reasons are for doing a challenge like this, it’s worth it. Do your body some good and get started on your own challenge or perhaps you’ll want to do this one…JUST feel good!
The 24-Day Advocare Challenge is great thus far, and I can only see more improvements and much more energy in the coming days with this next phase. For the MAX PHASE, I’ll be taking the Metabolic Nutrition System (MNS) MAX 3 Multinutrient Dietary Supplement which controls appetite and is an energy booster. I’ll continue with the OMEGAPLEX and will have one Meal Replacement Shake a day (preferably for breakfast).
I have to admit, I’m not very good at taking lots of pills/vitamins all in one day…so this is a HUGE challenge for me. I’ll love it in the end, I’m sure. I couldn’t have done this challenge at a better time. My husband and I leave for vacation to Seattle on June 19th!!
